Dandelion Jelly

Made from dandelion petals, separated by hand and steeped to pull out their flavor before cooking down with sugar and lemon. The result is pale gold and tastes faintly of honey with a little floral bitterness underneath. People are usually skeptical until they try it. One of our most requested jars.
