Mandarin Orange Pineapple Jam

Mandarin oranges and pineapple cooked together into a chunky jam. The citrus keeps it from being too sweet and the pineapple adds some acidity. Good on toast, good on a ham sandwich, and works well as a glaze on ribs or chicken thighs.
