Guava Jelly

Guava jelly made from ripe fruit, cooked down to a clear, firm set. The flavor is floral and a little tart, closer to the actual fruit than most store-bought versions. Works well on toast or a biscuit, and holds up nicely as a glaze for pork or chicken.
